Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualify business opportunities by proactively initiating outbound calls and probing suspects to ascertain lead status.
Pass qualified leads to appropriate personnel.
Follow up on all leads in a timely manner.
Provide customer feedback to Cerida account management.
Assist in the development of marketing programs to grow business.
Maintain appropriate prospect information by utilizing contact management software provided by Cerida or the client.
Assist in preparation of weekly status reports for clients as needed.
Our career development program is targeted to individuals with a minimum of one to two years of proven business experience, preferably in a high tech environment.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be highly confident, and goal oriented.
Must also be familiar with various contact management software.
