The client’s offerings include customer relationship management, voice and data, messaging, networking, and structured cabling products and services. Their annual revenue is in excess of $8 billion.

Needed to add a higher level of qualification to their sales process. Marketing was generating leads, and the client wanted a central location for handling/processing those leads. Cerida was asked to provide high-level follow-up to the leads being generated by marketing.

Cerida provided business development representatives to call the marketing-generated leads, qualifying them and delivering solid prospects to the client’s sales channels. As the project progressed, Cerida also took on the responsibility of offering these prospects a solutions sell on the client’s behalf. Cerida continues to provide outbound tactical support for this client on an “as needed” basis.
