This client is a leader in communication systems and software. Customers include a variety of businesses and government agencies. The client’s offerings include customer relationship management, voice and data, messaging, networking, and structured cabling products and services. Their annual revenue is in excess of $8 billion.

Challenge:
Needed to add a higher level of qualification to their sales process. Marketing was generating leads, and the client wanted a central location for handling/processing those leads. Cerida was asked to provide high-level follow-up to the leads being generated by marketing.

Solution:
Cerida provided business development representatives to call the marketing-generated leads, qualifying them and delivering solid prospects to the client’s sales channels. As the project progressed, Cerida also took on the responsibility of offering these prospects a solutions sell on the client’s behalf. Cerida continues to provide outbound tactical support for this client on an “as needed” basis.
